Staff Recruitment & Training

All of our Contact Personnel are fully vetted and are recruited in line with our safeguarding vetting procedures. Our Supervised child contact facilitators are fully trained and they hold an Enhanced DBS check and have extensive experience of working with children, families and professionals.

In addition to this, our personnel undertake the following extensive training programmes:

  • Induction
  • Safeguarding up to Level 2, Level 3 for the safeguarding Practitioner
  • Essential First Aid
  • Health & Safety
  • Equality and Diversity Training
  • Effective Communication with Children
  • The effects of domestic violence on Adults and Children
