Since we were established in 1999, RGB Network has made significant strides in the recruitment sector. Here are some key highlights:

1999

RGB Network was established in London by a group of industry professionals, aiming to provide tailored recruitment services within the natural and built environment sectors.
2002

We proudly received our first Investors in People award, demonstrating our commitment to developing our recruiters.
2006

RGB Network joined the Pertemps Network Group, enhancing our resources and reach.
2012

Chris Blunden became Managing Director, supported by our dedicated senior management team, marking a new chapter for the company.
2015

We achieved our second Investors in People award (bronze), reinforcing our focus on excellence.
2016

We expanded our office space to accommodate our growing business.
2019

We celebrated our 20th anniversary and relocated to new offices in Oval, reflecting our ongoing growth.
Today

RGB Network is recognised as one of the UK's leading recruitment consultancies in the built environment. With individual turnovers ranging from £2 million to £10 million, we are part of the Pertemps Network Group, which has a turnover in excess of £1 billion.

Our Senior Management Team boasts over 40 years of experience within RGB Network, and every principal consultant began their journey here as trainees.
