Children’s Social Work, Family Group Conference and Lifelong Links Co-ordinator – Durham 
Pay rate – £19.67 to £22.85 per hour 
Contract role within Children's Social Services 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Family Group Conference and Lifelong Links Co-ordinator in Durham. 
You will need experience in a similar role – for example Early Help Worker, Family Support Worker, and are likely to have NVQ Level 3. 
 Details: 

• This is an exciting opportunity to join the Family Group Conference team in Durham. You will be working alongside colleagues in our County Wide Services with a focus on keeping families together. 

•  There is a lot of travel included in the role so you will need a car, valid driving licence and business insurance. 

•  Majority of the role is Monday - Friday but there is some evening and weekend working.
