About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join a thriving business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, customer-focused approach to support a professional office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and rewarding role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support, including diary management, document preparation, filing, and meeting minutes
  • Processing invoices and handling any queries
  • Providing support to the office and operations team
  • Working on spreadsheets and organising documents   
  • Handling incoming phone calls, enquiries, and meeting room bookings
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, databases, and records
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
  • As and when required covering reception and switchboard duties

This is a fantastic newly created role and the job duties will develop over time.

What we are looking for:

you should have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role 
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and data management
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
  • A bright, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Team player
