Customer Service Administrator

We are supporting a well-established business in Aldershot in their search for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries & orders via phone & email
  • Update customers on the status of their orders & notify them of any changes to delivery schedules
  • Monitor & log customer complaints, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Accurately raise & process orders within the CRM system
  • Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

What’s on Offer:
