THE ROLE:
The organisation is seeking a proactive and organised legal professional to join its regulatory team, where you will support the smooth day to day running of the team while managing a caseload. The role involves handling general enquiries, ensuring cases are assessed promptly, and assisting with regulatory action where appropriate.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced paralegals, qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx members, and foreign-qualified lawyers with experience in regulatory law and managing high volume caseloads; candidates with a background in family law are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft high quality correspondence.
