JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £DOE
THE ROLE
You will:
• Advise and represent clients in Court of Protection matters, including those with serious injuries from personal injury or clinical negligence, and private client cases.
• Manage court applications, client budgets, and annual deputy reports.
• Collaborate with the litigation department where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong client and family relationships, providing guidance with empathy and professionalism.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be:
• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Court of Protection / Deputy work.
• Empathetic, professional, and client-focused, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.
• Experienced in managing expectations and providing high-quality, sensitive advice to vulnerable clients.
