OVERVIEW:
•The appointed paralegal will handle general enquiries, ensure cases are assessed promptly, and assist in taking regulatory action when needed
•The organisation is looking for either experienced paralegals, qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx members, or foreign-qualified lawyers with experience in regulatory law
•Experience managing high-volume caseloads is essential
•You will be skilled in organising and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
•Strong verbal and written communication as you will be required to draft high quality correspondence
•The organisation operates on a hybrid model, with 2 days per week of office presence
