Job Description

REGULATORY LAWYER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, 18 MONTH FTC, LONDON/ HYBRID. Be part of an organisation with a comprehensive benefits package, including 31 days’ annual leave, private health insurance, flexible working, and exclusive employee rewards. JOB REF: 2220

•In this role you will deliver high quality legal advice and support on both casework and regulatory matters, while overseeing a portfolio of complex regulatory cases.

•The appointed lawyer will be responsible for ensuring that all decisions are fair, consistent, and that they align with relevant legislation, case law, and internal policies.

•Additionally, you will provide support to the Head of the team by assisting with case allocation, supervising decision-making processes, and monitoring performance.

•The organisation is looking for qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx, or foreign qualified lawyers with experience in regulatory law and managing high volume caseloads

•Legal professionals with experience in family law who can provide clear and accurate legal advice are encouraged to apply.

•Enjoy a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week in our London office, along with additional flexibility for team and organisational events
