FAMILY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-65K (DOE). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor to join the firm, managing a broad spectrum of family law matters and guiding clients through complex and sensitive issues. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in divorce, financial remedies, children law, and high net-worth cases.

• The role involves managing a diverse and complex family law caseload, including high-value and high-net-worth matters involving property, pensions, and business assets, as well as divorce, financial remedies, private children law, domestic violence, and cohabitation disputes.

• The successful candidate will mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring high-quality work across the team. You will participate in business development initiatives, build and maintain client relationships, and support strategic planning for the Family Department, including growth and recruitment.

• You must be personable and empathetic, you should be able to demonstrate excellent mediation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a busy workload efficiently and meet deadlines, to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy portfolio, are essential, along with familiarity with legal case management and billing systems.
