Contentious Probate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Worcester, £55,000+ (DOE) - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join the Private Client team of a leading national, dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Worcester. JOB REF: 2140
THE ROLE:
• This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of complex, high-value probate disputes, where strategic thinking and technical excellence are key.
• You will manage a diverse and stimulating contentious probate caseload from inception through to resolution, advising a broad client base that includes individuals, executors, trustees and beneficiaries.
• Handling a full range of contentious probate matters, including will validity disputes, inheritance claims and trust disputes
• Providing clear, strategic advice to clients on complex and sensitive issues
• Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team, contributing to their development and the strength of the wider practice
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
• STEP and/or ACTAPS membership, or actively working towards accreditation (desirable)
• Strong technical expertise combined with sound commercial awareness
• Confidence managing complex litigation and building trusted client relationships
