Auto enrolment
Introduced in 2012 and beginning with the largest employers, the Auto Enrolment legislation was fully rolled out to ALL employers in February 2018.
The legislation is designed to provide employees with a hassle-free way for employees to save for their retirement, whilst working.
The assessment of workers earnings, employee categorisation (Entitled, Eligible, Non-Eligible) and pension enrolment, can create compliance issues for employers.
